Look before you buy

I like the idea of the book. It delivers animals that can have their upper and lower parts swapped for others. In execution, however, the book looses some points. First, the quality of the book is a concern. The binding seems surprisingly thin. The test of time will tell if it does fall apart. When swapping upper and lower body parts it opens pretty smoothly, so I assume they were going for this. Second point loss would be in the pictures. I thought they were colorful and OK, but my wife found them 'not cute'. Luckily you can view the book online and judge for yourself. The book is a bit larger than other boardbooks that we have for our son, which I think makes it stand out a bit in a good way.
