機械翻訳のような文章

内容としては興味深いものですが読みづらいです。
まるで機械翻訳されたような文章で所々違和感を感じます。

終始上記のよな文章で、言いたいことは分かりますが
もう少しうまい言い回しにしてくれると読みやすいと思います。
残念ながら私には最後まで読破する気力が持ちませんでした。

職場の人間関係に疲れて

職場では生産管理に携わっているのですが、いつも部門間の調整に手を焼いています。結局、主張の強い人がいる部署の言う通りにせざるをえなかったりで。参考になりそうな書籍を探していました。
　感想としては、かなり参考になりそうです。この人が威圧的に接してくるのはこんな理由があったんだ。あの人の不満はこう対処すればよい。具体例を交えながら説明してあります。７つのタイプに困った人を分類していますが、複合的な困った人もいるでしょうからこのあたりは自分で検証してみようかと思います。
　ただ、他の方も書かれていますが、直訳調の文章は読みにくいですね。

翻訳なので仕方がないかと思いますが、イマイチ読みにくいというか
文脈が私の読解力に、合いませんでした。

勝間さんのおすすめ、ということで購入した。

様々な「困った」人を体系化し、なぜそういった行動を取るのかを分析し、各人への対処法を具体的に記述するというやり方は斬新。まだ私の人生の中で会ったことがないタイプの人間もいて、参考になった。

しかし、一方で、日本語訳が酷い。あらからさまの直訳がいちいち目につき、1文1文が大変に読みにくかった。最後の訳者あとがきにもある「わかりやすい日本語」では決してない（ですます、である調の混在も気になる）。

Of course, books which MAKE A GOOD LIFE BETTER are nearly-always appreciated. But don't we welcome more those which RELIEVE us of EXISTING SUFFERING? This is one such book.

Nearly two decades since first reading it, and my well-browsed now-worn copy still gets an occasional check. Finally decided to get an audio copy as well.

No, it won't make a futile attempt to convince you to look at the same matters with a different nearly-SPIRITUAL CHANGE-OF-PERSPECTIVE. (For the already-magnanimous among us who still struggle coping with difficult people, we've tried that, too--been there, done that, even bought the T-shirt). It simply explains what is happening both inside such people and around them, in a tone so casual, that the idea is absorbed nearly-unnoticed. And from knowing the enemy :-p, comes knowing what to do--only then are the ideas on how to handle them henceforth brought in.

If the lighter feeling one gets after reading the book is any indication, then it must work! At the very least, it makes pains-in-the-derriere people bearable. It just might save your sanity.

たくさんの困った人たちに思わず笑っちゃいます。

友達に会ったときに思わず人間関係について愚痴ってしまったら、その後厳重包装して職場に送ってくれた本です。

色々なタイプの困った人たちが出てきて、その人たちが巻き起こす困った場面とその対処法が書かれています。今こういうことでちょいと弱っている私は、自分が困った人としてここに登場してしまうのではないかとビクビクしながら読みました。でも友達の気持ちはとってもありがたく嬉しかったです。
