A nice collection

This set of clip art promices cute images, and it delivers. I'm used to much larger collections of clip art in the US, in the tens of thousands, so this one misses a star because of that.

Still, I needed a lot of focused images for my lessons here in Japan and this set provides just about everything I need. Categories include, school themes, holidays, people, jobs, sports, plants, food, buildings, and places throughout Japan. The images are well organized on the disk, but with no tags. You'll need the book, or at least need to know which folders hold which themes, to navigate your way around. There are both black and white and color images. I have no problem inserting the images although I'm using a US version of Windows/Word. I would be interested in further clip art collections, but worry about value.

I was tempted to give it 3 stars, but, when compared to many other art collections I've found here in Japan, this one actually has a variety of good-sized images. When enlarging, the quality of the images seems to be different, but I use them mostly for internet and for lessons, so no big deal.
